How to make Team-based learning more meaningful for students?

Team-Based Learning (TBL) is a flipped classroom approach built around a structured sequence of activities. While its pedagogical rationale is widely appreciated, successful implementation requires more than simply adopting the method. Tutors must carefully select strategies and tools to ensure TBL achieves its intended outcomes.

This workshop is designed for participants with some prior familiarity with TBL. For those new to the approach, a short pre-reading will be provided. Through interactive discussion, we will explore key principles and practical strategies for making TBL effective in real teaching contexts.
