In an age of information overload, conducting literature reviews can be time-consuming. 

Generative AI tools offer new ways to streamline the discovery and synthesis of scholarly 

literature, helping researchers save time and uncover connections between studies. This 75- 

minute workshop shows how AI-powered tools can support and enhance each stage of the 

literature review process – from finding relevant papers to mapping scholarly networks and 

summarizing findings. Participants will get hands-on experience with user-friendly tools that 

make literature searches more efficient and exploratory. By the end of the session, attendees will have practical knowledge of several AI tools to conduct literature reviews more effectively. Moreover, the attendees can demonstrate these tools and processes to inspire their students in conducting literature review for coursework.
